RULES
- We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit at the time of booking. The second 50% will be due upon arrival for your reservation. Email us at alpharetta@thekidsavenue.com for more information.
- Once a party package is booked, it can not be downgraded to a smaller package, but upgrades to larger packages are permitted.
- We require all guests to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to their reservation time.
- All parties must end based on the originally scheduled time slot, and cannot be extended for late arrivals or late setups.
- Food is permitted ONLY inside the party room and we only allow cold foods, pizza, cakes, and snacks. No exceptions.
