Rules
- No shoes are allowed in the play area. Please plan accordingly and make sure to bring non-slippery socks for your playtime.
- Please remain home if you have any of the following symptoms: Cough, runny nose, sneezing, chills, body ache, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, fever greater than or equal to 100.4 F. Any child or adult exhibiting these symptoms will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
- All guests must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the play area.
- Parents and guardians – Not Kids Avenue staff – are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
- Please keep track of your belongings. Kids Avenue is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
- Please watch your head when entering any of the play structures.
- Kids Avenue has a ZERO bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Children should not climb up onto any Kids Avenue features including walls and furniture.
- Children must be respectful of toys and property. Anyone being destructive to the toys or property will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

are there activities for older children?
Our space is designed for kids between 0 and 8 years old.
How does it work?
We are open for playtime Monday-Sundays from 10 am – 6 pm. Our Summer hours are Mon. – Fri. 10am – 6pm and Sat. – Sun. 8am – 6pm. We recommend you reserve your play pass directly on our website before arriving so that we guarantee your spot.
Play Passes are $24.99 for the first child, $20 for each sibling, and $10 for additional adults. Each child may bring one parent or guardian for free. A Play Pass provides 2-hour access to the full play area, and every child entering must have their own pass.
Do I need to sign a waiver before visiting?
You will be asked to sign a waiver digitally for yourself and any minors that attend our facility with you (up to 6 minors per adult), regardless of participating in play, birthday, or any other activity. No exceptions. You can sign our waiver ahead of your arrival to save time during check-in when booking through our website.
Do I need to be with my child at all times?
Parents/Guardians are fully responsible for the supervision of their children during playtime or birthday events.
All children must be accompanied by an adult next to them at all times.
aRE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Our space is designed for children up to 8 years old. Ages 0 to 8 years pay to enter as a child ($24.99). For safety reasons, we don’t allow kids 9 – 18 years to enter and play with the smaller kids. Adults who come as guests to accompany the child and main parent/guardian have to pay an extra adult fee ($8.50)
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, we do not allow any outside food or drink into the facility. We do allow you to bring your own food vendor for birthday parties but food and snacks are only permitted inside our party room, please coordinate with your vendor or party planner and plan accordingly.
are there are any educational benefits?
Yes! Kids Avenue is designed to improve early childhood development and learning through play. Kids can learn, socialize, and develop essential life skills through the multiple life-like scenarios that we have created in our space.
are strollers allowed?
You can keep your stroller and belongings in our lounge area. Strollers are not permitted in our play area or our Birthday Party Room.
Is there a nurse or first responders on THE premises?
No, we do not have a nurse or first responders on site as team members. Parents are required to be present at all times with their kids who enter Kids Avenue.
does my child have to be potty trained to enter the facility?
For playtime and birthday events we do not require children to be potty-trained but children must ALWAYS be accompanied by their parent/guardian to prevent accidents.
how do your birthday events work?
We have 4 packages for birthday parties, our small, medium, and large packages do not give you exclusive access to the play area but we do offer a full buyout option to rent the entire space, giving you exclusive access to the main play area and party room for 2 hours. Parents are welcome to use their own party planners and vendors, in addition, we offer balloon decoration packages and custom posters for an additional price. If i book a birthday package, will other people be allowed in the facility?
With our small, medium, and large packages, you will be sharing the play area with other guests but will have exclusive access to the event room. We offer a full buyout package that is private and you will have exclusive access to our play area and party room for 2 hours!
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?
Yes, to book your reservation we require a 50% deposit. This fee is not refundable.
