Gather your kids, invite friends, and have a fun day! Our Play Pass is the ticket to a world of imagination and play. All guests are required to have a Play Pass for entry. Each child may bring one parent or guardian at no additional charge; all other adults and non-playing visitors must purchase their own Play Pass. A Play Pass is needed to access the play area and all designated party spaces during your visit.

Cancellation policy
Refunds for cancellations can be issued only if notified at least 48 hours before your visit. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, we can offer a credit or reschedule your play pass. For more information, please email us at info@thekidsavenue.com.
